South Mountain Room
The South Mountain Room is an impeccable event space for many occasions. This room has been used for bridal showers, baby showers, corporate events, business meetings, wedding receptions and much more. This room has windows looking outside our building which makes for great lighting when taking pictures. Other features included are a private entrance (ballroom double doors), handicap accessible, wooded accent wall, built-in Stage, AV Equipment: Screen, Projector, Podium, Wireless Microphone, Music Hookup. We can also set up our wooded dance floor. With this bigger event space, there is plenty of room for a bar and buffet setup if you choose to have those. The Weaver Room is one of our smaller but mighty banquet rooms. When you have the room for any occasion whether it’s a private business meeting, rehearsal dinner and much more. You will get to choose from a variety of setups that best suits your event. We can accommodate a U-shape table setup, block board room style or our 48’’ rounds. Whichever setup you choose, there will be ample amount of space for a bar and buffet if requested. Down below you will find the max capacity for each table setup.

Blue Ridge Ballroom
The only way to describe our Blue Ridge Ballroom also known as the Old Grand Ballroom is picture-perfect. This event space is our largest event space and can be used for many celebrations. Events we have hosted in the past are wedding receptions, cocktail receptions, plated and buffet meals, awards banquets, and anything else you can imagine! This room has many features including windows looking outside our building, private entrance (ballroom double doors), handicap accessible, wood accent wall, private accessibility to restrooms, built-in stage, AV Equipment: screen, projector, wireless microphone, music hookup. We can also set up our wooded dance floor. If you choose to have a bar or buffet setup, we are able to accommodate those in this event space if requested. The Tavern. Well-known by our regulars as the old downstairs bar is an amazing space for many events including family dinner, rehearsal dinner and any social gathering. You will get to choose from a variety of setups that best suits your event. We can accommodate squares of 4, 2 long tables or a standing reception. This event space features a private bar, private entrance, private restrooms, juke box and is handicap accessible. If you choose, we can accommodate a buffet setup. Range End Pavilion
The Pavilion overlooks the Range End golf course and is perfect for any event. It also has its own built in restrooms. Down below you will find the max capacity for this event space.

Attached to our building is our outdoor Fairway Terrace! Perfect for Social Events, Cocktail Hour, or any outdoor event! The Terrace overlooks the beautiful greens of Range End Golf Course!
Off of our Fairway Terrace is a beautiful grass area perfect for yard games featuring a real wood burning fire pit!
Outdoor Ceremony Area
This space is available seasonally and features beautiful brown bench seating and an arbor.
